Morska Stocznia Remontowa „Gryfia” S.A. would like to inform you that on the 15th of December 2019, Mr Tomasz Wendt, who had been holding the position of Vice-chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board so far, was chosen to temporarily act as President of the Company’s Board of Directors. At the same time, the Company's Supervisory Board announced that it had initiated proceedings to choose a new chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Board of Commercial Affairs of MSR „Gryfia” S.A. Mr Artur Trzeciakowski remains in the company, holding the position of General Manager.
