Morska Stocznia Remontowa „Gryfia” S.A. informs that as of January 30, 2026, Mr. Daniel Opas has concluded his term as President of the Management Board, following the submission of his resignation from the position.

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board express their gratitude to Mr. Daniel Opas for his cooperation to date, his contribution to the management of the company, and the successful execution of key shipyard projects.

At the same time, we would like to inform our Partners, Shipowners, and Contractors that this change does not affect the shipyard's ongoing operations.
