MSR "Gryfia" Strengthens Position in the North Sea. Strategic Agreement with AYS ShipRepair

Morska Stocznia Remontowa "Gryfia" S.A. has signed an agency agreement with the Dutch company AYS ShipRepair B.V.

The agreement aims to intensify commercial activities in the Benelux countries and the North Sea basin. AYS ShipRepair, represented by Ms. Hilka Willms, Managing Director, is responsible for acquiring shipowners from this region.

On behalf of MSR "Gryfia", the agreement was signed by Mr. Lech Lechmański, Member of the Board, who points to the strategic dimension of this decision:

Cooperation with the new agent leverages the shipyard's advantages, including its location near the Lower Baltic communication routes and a wide range of services – from class repairs to complex conversions and scrubber installations. Combining MSR "Gryfia's" technical capabilities with AYS ShipRepair's local know-how is intended to increase the foreign order book.
